Prior to founding Snapdragon, Mark was a Partner at TPG, responsible for leading the Consumer sector for TPG Growth and the RISE Fund. Mark joined TPG from L Catterton, the largest consumer-focused private equity group globally, where he invested across all segments of the consumer industry. Previous to L Catterton, Mark began his private equity career at AEA Investors after working at Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Grabowski is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College with an A.B. degree in Economics. He received an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Zack began his career building automated portfolios at a hedge fund in 2011, then went to Universal Music Group, where he focused on digital distribution deals, CRM and integrated marketing systems. He then went on to oversee e-commerce and growth for Stadium Goods, bringing them to over $300M in revenue in less than 3 years.
In 2016 Zack founded The Maze Group, a highly technical strategic consultancy focused on data architecture and growth marketing. Maze now oversees technological transformation for private equity owned and public clients like LVMH, HelloFresh, JC Penney, General Electric, and Xponential Fitness. They have worked with funds such as L Catterton, Brentwood Associates, TPG, The Chernin Group, VMG, OpCapita, HGGC and more on diligence and value creation for their portfolios.
Julia was part of the founding team at Maze Capital. Prior to Maze, Julia was an investor with Silversmith Capital Partners, a software- and healthcare-focused growth equity firm where she led financial and operational diligence for prospective investments, sourcing efforts, and worked extensively with portfolio companies to support M&A / company strategy.
Julia began her career as a healthcare operational strategy consultant at Triage Consulting Group before joining Barclays Investment Bank, focused on tech, media and telecom sponsor buyouts. Julia graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business.
Jennifer was previously an Associate with Vestar Capital Partners, where she focused on consumer investments. Prior to Vestar, she worked in investment banking in the Global Consumer Retail Group at Barclays.
Jennifer received her B.A. in English and Economics at Vanderbilt University.
